Pictures don't look normal on my posts…

  • Hello,
    When I try to upload a picture to a post in my blog, the picture uploads fine and shows as you’re creating the post, however, when I preview or publish my post, the picture is halved and has horrible black lines going through the picture making it look similar to a barcode. Why is this happening and how can I fix this? Because of this, I have to remove pictures from my posts.

    Is it possible for me to upload a print screen of the picture onto here so I can show you all what’s happening?

  • Since your site is hosted on wordpress.com, you probably need to post you question over on their forums. The forums over here are for WordPress sites which are “self-hosted” (i.e., reside on a host other than wordpress.com). You wouldn’t think so, but there’s actually quite a bit of difference between the two, such that advice for one type won’t work for the other.
