Pictures from reviewers not showing

Are the pictures showing up on the Review List page in the plugin?

Sounds like an error when downloading them. Post the TripAdvisor URL you are using.

Some good and bad news. For Restaurant reviews, update the plugin to 4.4 and it should fix it. You’ll need to remove the ones without pics and re-download them.

The bad news… for Attraction reviews, it appears TripAdvisor changed the way they lazy load the user Avatar. There isn’t any way for me to grab them. Sorry about that.

The pro version can get all your reviews and the avatars using our third party scraping integration.

It’s so bad to ear that, knowing that any picture from TripAdvisor would be display can you add an option or could tell me how to add an image to display or if you could add an default image so that it doesn’t look dad with an square in the image?

Version 4.5 should now hide the images if they aren’t there.
