    All ok , but -> To open a support ticket, you need to have a Visual Composer Premium license

    I understand your reaction but you are right premium support is available for premium customers. Support here is limited. And without proper debugging on your website, we can’t tell what is the problem.

    As much as we could help, debugging this case on public www.ads-software.com forums is impossible (due to security since you can’t and not allowed to share your credentials with us).

    You can try to go the standard routine by switching themes, resetting VC to factory settings, disabling third-party plugins, and clearing all available caches.

    I hope this will help a bit.
