Pictures Not Showing

    Is there a limit as to how many pictures you can put in the carousel? It’s displaying on other posts, but this post has 16 pictures, and it’s now showing up.

  • Yes the final limitation (due to the Amazon API) is 10 items per grid or carousel. You put 15 ASINs in your shortcode. That’s too many. The shortcode then doesn’t show any items at all.

    @AALB team: It would be more user friendly if the shortcode then showed an appropriate warning to the user that the maximum number of items is 10, so people wouldn’t be left stranded wondering why it seemingly doesn’t work.

    With larger screen resolutions, you have this strange white bar at the bottom of each page, which is covering every other content. It doesn’t seem to serve any purpose. Have you noticed that? Perhaps it’s some unused footer in your theme. You might want to check on that. ??

    I dont see it on my screen, but someone else just said they see it too. I have no idea what it is!! Would you mind right click to inspect and see whats it is? Thank you!

    I would if I could. Your website is throwing errors “503” for more than 10 minutes now. At first, I thought you’d be installing plugin updates, but that wouldn’t take so long.

    I’ll try again later.

    Three hours on, still throwing 503’s…

    I had a little snag but we got it fixed so site is back up. I was able to find that bar and delete it! Thank you so much for letting me know about it, i was not able to see it on my screen. ??

    I just posted this post and when I view it on a big screen I still only see two pictures at a time in the carousel, please tell me how can I scoot the images closer together.

    I do see three items next to each other.

    By the way: The white bar is still there.

    As told by @superninchen, you can only show 10 products from one shortcode. Regarding spacing between images, we replied over original thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/space-between-images-7/. So resolving this thread for now.
