The pictures on my shop page are blurry, when you click on the product it is sharp, but that’s only the case on mobile devices, I urgently need help!! I set this somewhere to make the page load faster. Now I want to undo it but I don’t know how. I use the Astra Theme with Elementor

From what I understand, you’re having a bit of trouble with blurry images on your shop page when you view them on mobile devices, but they appear sharp when you click on the product. I understand that you’ve previously made some changes to speed up your page load time using the Astra Theme with Elementor and now you’re looking to reverse those changes.

The blurriness you’re experiencing could be due to the size of your image thumbnails. When you switch themes or alter image dimensions, the old thumbnails have to be regenerated to fit the new settings. This could be why your images appear blurry.

Here’s a simple way to fix this: you can regenerate your thumbnails. Just follow these steps:

    1. Head over to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Status > Tools.
    2. Look for the Regenerate Thumbnails option and hit the Regenerate button.

This might take a little while depending on how many images you have. Once it’s done, your images should be nice and clear on all devices. You can also check out this helpful guide on ?? How to Fix Blurry Product Images.

If you’re still having trouble, it would be really useful if you could let us know more about the changes you made to speed up your page loading. This will help us give you a more specific solution.

It would also be great if you could share your site’s System Status report. This will give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and could help us identify the issue. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation. We’re here to help you get this sorted.
