Pie Chart not proper view

Hi,
User pie chart in my project and i set value of x = 100 and also y = 100 then pie chart display only half fill by color. when x = complete and y = total then i set x = 100 (complete) and y = 100 (total) then display full pie chart but here when set this value the pie chart display only half view not total fill pie chart display.
