Whats up members. I install the pie register plugin, and when I go to change the settings for it, it tells me to add <?php
session_start(); ?> to the top of my wp-login.php for it to work properly. I know where it’s at, and how to edit it however im not sure exactly where to put it. Ive tied manyplaces at the top but when i did it juz messed the page up so i would change the code back to it’s original version. If anyone has been through the same thing or know how to fix it I will greatly appreciate it

It’s cool…I deactivated the plugin, and installed Register Plus Redux…i recommend it to anyone with the same problem or if you want a better login and register setup

We really do not recommend editing core file.

Never use a plugin which asks you to edit a core file unless they give a VERY good reason why it’s necessary and you understand the consequences of doing so.

There is almost never a reason to edit a core file.

I’m currently having the same issue. I will try the other plug-in you suggested, as I’ve been looking for one that works all day, and every plugin seems to cause some sort of error.
