[Pilcrow] Submenu/UL Disappears When I go to click

Here’s my site The submenu (currently the only one is under About) disappears before I can click. It was working fine until I changed the design yesterday (through child theme). I tried removing some changes but still nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated!
