• This plugin hasn’t worked on my website for quite some time and I’m finally getting around to resolve my problem. I’m guessing it was due to an update of WordPress, the Twentyeleven theme, or another plugin.

    I’m using WordPress 4.7.2 and all plugins are up-to-date. My website is RiverKeeper Flies – https://www.johnkreft.com

    Can you help me resolve so it works again?

    I searched here to find similar topics and thought the issue may be the image selector I’m using. It’s set at the default image selector of .jpibfi_container img. After reading several similar topics, I tried changing selection to article img or just img. None of those selections seemed to work so I went back to the default.

    I would appreciate any help troubleshooting my problem.

    Hey @riverkeeperflies95,

    it doesn’t seem like the website is including the plugin (in the front end). Please try disabling the caching plugin you’re using and take a look if it helps. Also, is the version of TwentyEleven you’re using up to date too?

    Thanks for your quick response.

    I tried my website in Chrome and Microsoft Edge after deactivating W3 Total Cache, but I don’t see the Pin It button hovering over photos.

    I use TwentyEleven version 2.5, with a child theme which only includes:

    #branding .only-search #s {
    display: none;
    }

    #branding .only-search + #access div {
    padding-left: 0;
    }

    I added this for a Fix for 4.5 update overlapping

    Thanks

    John

    I was using this plugin on my blog also, but had the same issue. It wasn’t appearing on any of the images. I also use W3 Total Cache and a Genesis theme with WordPress 4.7.2 running.

    Hey @riverkeeperflies95,

    as I mentioned, the website doesn’t seem to include the plugin at all. The plugin seems to work properly with TwentyEleven itself, so my best guess is that one of the plugins you’re using prevents the plugin from being added to the website. Best thing I can suggest is to disable plugins one by one to figure out which one is causing the issue.

    Thanks for the reply and looking at my issue. I’ll begin checking out the plugins I use.
