Pin It Button Just on Posts

On this site I want the pin it buttons just to show on the blog, https://www.jenniefresa.com/blog/

But they are showing on the entire site – does anyone know the css so it shows just on the blog not the whole site

Also does anyone know how to make it the pin it button a custom one?
