Pin it button not showing at all

I keep having issues with this plugin not showing up over images. It seems to come and go as it pleases at times. Adding/changing plugins seems to upset it, but deactivating and resetting doesn’t always resolve the issue. Are there known plugin conflicts that may be causing funky behavior?
