Pinboard Clidtheme preview won't allow scrolling with iPad or iPhone

We are using the Pinboard Clidtheme for our website (). When an article is clicked from the homepage, it pops up into a window. On the mobile Apple products (iphone/ipad), the preview is distorted and we are not able to scroll down on the preview window. This is not an issue with any other devices or systems.
Has anyone run into this issue before? Have any suggestions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
