Pinecone Sync Doesn’t Work?

  • We just moved from another plugin that uses Pinecone for the AI vector database and I entered our API info, your plugin shows our index so I know the API works and it sees our index but none of our existing entries show up when we sync the index. Does this function not work?

    Currently, our plugin does not support the use of existing Pinecone entries. You’ll need to index all your content using the Embeddings module. The reason for that is because when you index your content, our plugin creates a relationship in your local database too.
