Ping List to be global?

I am trying to figure out how to edit the ping list calling in wordpress. I run about 10 sites with wordpress and changing them always is a hassle.

What I am inquiring about however where the ‘ping’ script is located in wordpress when you ‘post’ a new post. I am simply going to edit it so it grabs the list of pings to send too via a global text file..
