Pink Banner is missing from new page I added

I have lite version for now. Business Template is set for home page(black banner) which is perfect. My other pages & all new parent level should have (pink banner).
I added a new page called ‘lets connect’ (default template). How do I get the pink banner on the new page?
Thanks a lot-
PS-I would also like to add the page title to description area inside the pink banner if possible.
