Pinkstrip on Products page not Changing

This feature available new spasalon theme package, please update theme package and change pink strip on Product page.

Follow below steps and change product page pink strip

Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> banner setting >> woo commerce page banner setting.

then change product page banner strip and check your website.

Thank you, I actually have solved the issue before you answered.

However, I have a new one:I am using the free version of your theme, and I have downloaded Woocommerse plug in to add the shop to it. However, the top header menu looks weird ONLY when you are on a specific product page.

I tried everything, but couldn’t fix it. SO I hired someone and and he basically updated the theme, but then the entire site turned into a mess.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?

If you change pink strip banner on other pages plz follow below instruction

1. First click edit Page

2. Then check enable banner

3. enter banner title and description

4. save and check your website.

I am afraid you did not understand me.

I have a problem with THE WHOLE WEBSITE NOW!

After I updated your theme, Everything that I have created before that is GONE!

Is this normal?! What happened with the previous home page: slider banner, service, product.

I can see the settings in Appearence->Customize, but not on the website!

And also is there a incompatibility with the Woocommerse plug in?

Please, reply , since It it very important to have the website up and running ASAP.

Kindly check Reading setting (setting >> reading) then choose your front page Like Home Page and blog page then save and check your website.

It doesnt work.

I cannot see any of the information that was before ( slider banner(with picture), services, products).

I can see them in the customize menu, but not on the site!

Where is the problem?

Calmly, OK? This is a free theme, the support is free and if you had backups of your theme files then you could restore the un-updated version of that theme.

There’s really no reason to flip out.

The current version of this theme is 1.6. If you want to download an install the previous version here’s the link.

Or the version before that from 6 months ago.

https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/theme/spasalon.1.5.8.zip

When you manually install one of these versions you will get prompted to upgrade to the 1.6 version. I don’t recommend you do that do that. I do recommend that you consider switching to a different theme.
