Pinning no longer allowed from site

  • I’m not sure if this is the correct forum to post but I’m not sure where to post. For the last few weeks/months(?) my blog no longer allows pinning to Pinterest of content for me or any other readers of my site. I did not change any settings so I’m not sure why this is happening now. I’ve deactivated all plug-ins to see if one of them was causing the problem but continued to have the same issue. I’ve also contacted my blog developer and host and they seem to think it must be an issue with a WordPress update. I’m hoping someone can assist me. Thanks!

  • That may be so, but the issue is most likely your theme not being compatible since the last update. See your theme developer: https://restored316designs.com/themes

    What exactly doesn’t work anymore? The share button at the bottom of the post? I tried it just now and it worked just fine for me..

    Blade, if you click the pin button on any of the photos it will let you start the process of trying to pin it to a board but on the final step will tell you that the site does not allow pinning.

    HVWB, I’m in the process of trying to get ahold of the theme developer. Thanks for the suggestion!
