    We don’t know why, but the pins of our customers using the Maps Plugin, doesn’t work anymore.
    Maybe u can help us?

    Although we have the problem that Kaspersky is blocking the connection to maps.

    Hi @delta4u,

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your map. I’ve had a look at the site and I can see that all of our requests to the WordPress REST API are being rejected.

    Sometimes this can be due to a security plugin blocking access to those endpoints due to path compressions, which is enabled by default within the plugin. In an attempt to resolve the issue please navigate to Maps > Settings > Advanced Settings > And enable the option labelled “Disable Compressed Path Variables” > And save your settings.

    Once complete, if any caching is present, please clear the cache and retest the map page. If the issue is not resolved, please let me know so that I can run additional tests, with the compressed paths disabled.
