Pins Not Saving On Update

  • Hi There! This is a great plugin and it’s been working like a charm until now. I’m adding hotspots to an image of a convention center floor plan and everything was gone great until my last attempt to add more spots. I can insert pin, drag it to where I want it located, and add the info/description. However, once I hit UPDATE, the pin is not saved to the image map.

    I have about 16 more pins/spots to put on this floor plan, with the possibility of more in the near future. Why will additional pins/spots not save to the image map? Please advise.

    Just looking to see if there is a fix for this? I can’t seem to add more pins to the image – they aren’t being saved. Please advise.

    version you using, now? wordpress and image hotspot
