    Hi,

When I active the pinterest button on the photos inside the collage, I have an error message in my console on chrome :

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()

Do you know how to fix that ?

    Hi Greg,

I’m not sure, actually. We basically just load this Pinterest JS code that handles the button:
    assets.pinterest.com/js/pinit.js

Our plugin does not include any reference to log.pinterest.com so it must be originating from Pinterest’s own JavaScript.

OK. But do you have an idea how fix this problem. I use your plugin on 3 blogs. And I have the same problem on the 3 websites.

I’m not sure if there’s anything we can do about that as it’s Pinterest’s code throwing the error. I’ll do some testing next week!

Just looked into it some more and it does seem to be a problem on Pinterest’s end that our plugin can’t do anything about.

As a test I disabled Easy Image Collage on our test site and included the same Pinterest JS file (that’s needed for the button functionality to work) exactly as shown in their documentation.

Even with none of our plugin code running and a literal copy paste of their code I’m getting that 400 error in the console.

You could check with Pinterest support if you want to get this error message from the console, but it doesn’t look like it affects anything at all, so it’s just a message.

Thanks very much for your answer. I will contact Pinterest.
