We have been having trouble getting the pinterest product feed approved. Here is the most recent feedback: https://www.screencast.com/t/N1KhZCE0Kaw

Are you able to please help us solve this? I personally do not even understand the error message.

    I appreciate your consideration.

    Hi,

    We looked at the screenshot.

It says that your product description, product availability and other information are missing.

Can you give us a screenshot of your feed configuration settings?

You can mail the screenshot at [email protected]

We’ll have a look and suggest you a solution.

    Thanks.

Hi, we gave you a reply via e-mail with the solution that there were unsupported characters in the product description such as Shortcodes and HTML tags, which are not supported when uploading feed to your desired merchant and has to be replaced. Once you do that it should be fixed.

For now, I am marking this as resolved. If you face further issues, feel free to let us know. Thanks.

Hi @bobun , can you open another thread about this and provide us the following details:

    1. Console errors
    2. Logs

Here’s how you will get the information required:

    1. Console errors:
After you clicked on Publish and the loading bar is frozen,

    • Right-click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image:?https://jmp.sh/hhuzR2B
    • You get an extended window popping up. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/7RV6cZv
    • It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/AGVBPW8
    • Take a screenshot and provide it to us.

    2. Logs:

    • Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
    • On top, go to the Logs tab. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/xclYESH
    • Choose the latest log and click on View
    • Then click on Copy, save it on a text document and send it to us.

Once we get this information, we will try to come up with an appropriate solution. Thanks.
