    From Pinterest:

“Due to the technical issue at our end, the Rich information isn’t appearing on the pins even though the website is enabled. There are many other users who are also affected.

Right now we do not have an exact timeline for the fix-sorry about the same but please be assured that my team is already working on fixing the issue as soon as possible. We will keep you posted, as soon as there is an update.”

    Hi,

I couldnt solve the problem, because it is Pinterest’s problem.
There is something wrong with Pinterest and i don’t think that it is an urgent issue for Pinterest. I have contacted with them after i have witnessed this problem and it was April when i am contacted.

    Pinterest Ticket Number —>
Ticket: Follow up for:Rich pins [41035]
    Requested Apr 23, 15:26 PDT

Since then, they are telling that they know the problem and they are working on it, but still rich pins doesn’t work.

    That’s all for the moment.
    Regards,

Hi yudhistraverma, I also have the same problem, I am ready for everything, and have passed the rich pin Validated, but it’s been two months, and the rich pin doesn’t show up. I want to know if you have solved this problem?

I am also facing the same issue,
    I have implemented everything:

    1. Verified my site with Pinterest
    2. Enable Open Graph in Yoast SEO
    3. Validated Rich Pins with Pinterest

after validating my blog post URL I got message “Congratulations! your rich pins are approved and on pinterest.” but didn’t get any apply button and still no rich pin shows up.

    Hi,

As many of you, I’m facing the same issue.

Rich pins are enabled and validated but not working…

I contacted the Yoast SEO support and everything is ok.
I tried to get in touch (several times) with Pinterest support but no answer… I just get the email to know if I was satisfied with Pinterest Support (!)

I have no idea what to do know and how to solve this problem. If anybody has a solution, please let us know.

    Hi,

I have the same problem and I am really frustrated about it.

I contacted the Pinterest support in April and they told me that everything is okay on my side and that the cause is a Pinterest problem.

Since then I contacted them 3x more times and they always told me to wait.

I don’t think they are solving the problem at all.

I contacted the Yoast support and also support of my social sharing plugin. They all told me that everything is fine on my website.

Don’t know what else to do. Has anyone tried creating a new pinterest account?

We gotta solve this somehow guys! Let’s not give up.

    Hi everybody,
I got the same problem + another one (maybe connected) – I cannot save description texts for pins.
Pinterest support was no help till now … slow and no solutions.
I opened a new ticket writing I would like to advertise on Pinterest but I cannot do this, when it is not working … let us see if this gets me any further.

    Hi,
I’ve had the same problem for a month. At first the detailed pins worked correctly, but since mid-August the titles and descriptions of my pins are no longer visible. Pinterest support doesn’t help at all…

    Hello atjima132,

    The issue is not solved.

I have noticed that Pinterest is working on this issue very slow and some users have got their rich pins issue resolved. But not all.

    Hi,
do you guys thinks that once Pinterest fixes the problem (hopefully it does) that the rich pins will show up on all our old pins as well?

I had followed up with their support team multiple time and here is the latest reply from them.

    “Hi there,

Thanks for writing back to us!

kindly note that the Rich pin issue is for all the users across Pinterest platform and hence it is taking time for the engineering team to solve the issue. We will get back to you once the issue is resolved.

Appreciate your patience in the meantime!”

    Thanks for this information.

And happy to see that the support is still existing ! I had a doubt… as I never get any answer to my mutiple emails.

    The same issure ocurred.

Anyone know how to solve it?

    Is your issue solved?
