I’m having the same problem. I’ve updated the plugin but sharing on pinterest is not showing the featured image, text and link to post. Here’s the link to my site:

Yes, thank you. It is working for me. I also updated wordpress to 4.8.3 and it is still working.

I’m still getting the blank page even after the updates.

Thank you for reaching out. I had a chance to review your website and noticed that you are using the plugin Simple Share Plus plugin which is unfortunately no longer supported on our end. We are now focusing all our direct efforts on updating the Adder plugin in hopes to improve our product overall for the masses.

The great news, however, is that besides the floating share bar, Adder has all the functionalities you see within Plus. We also plan to release the share bar in our next update.

If you have any other questions please let us know, apologies if we weren’t able to help fully for Simple Share Plus.

Thanks Brandon. I’m actually using both plugins and the one that isn’t working with pinterest is the Added, not the Plus (it’s placed just above the recipe box)

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m not able to replicate the issue with Pinterest on our test site. Is there a reason why you use both the Plus and Adder plugin? There might be a javascript conflict if both are enabled.

So today I’ve been checking to see if I find the problem. I have found there are some bugs but I’m not sure exactly where.

As I change the settings in the plugin’s styling and advanced tabs, my Pinterest button works and then it doesn’t.

I left it in a way it works, but the first image (featured image) to be pinned does not have the ALT TXT info. Instead, it’s grabbing my meta tag text.

Can you please check on this?

P.S.I’m using both ADDER and PLUS because the adder does not currently have all the same features from the plus that I need.
