    Hey,

I installed your plugin and it seems the Pinterest tag code does get installed with it. It seems the code directly loads. This is not in line with GDPR in my country. Is there a way to activate it only via code snippet (when users accept cookie notice for example) – a manual solution would suffice.

Or can I somehow deactivate it? Because in this config it is not legally usable.

    Thanks a lot

  • Hey there, @wordpressnetwork! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

You can disable it by following the instructions under the section Install the Pinterest tag in this guide.

To force it to only load after the consent, you can use a GDPR compliance plugin.

You can search for “GDPR compliance woocommerce”, or something similar, on the Plugins > Add New section of your dashboard or on a search engine like Google, for example.

Please note that we do not provide support for third-party plugins, so it is good to check the plugin thoroughly to see if it is reliable. You can find more about this in this guide.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!
