Pinterest updated the button – and you?

Hello, I realized that Pinterest updated their Pin-it button for images.

I like the new button, it says “Save” (instead of “pin it”) and also offers multi-language support.

Pretty banal question: When can I use the new button also via this Plugin?
Or in other words: Should I make specific settings, in order to use the new button?
