Pipes are no longer executed after upgrading to WordPress 4.1.2

After I upgraded WordPress to version 4.1.2, all my pipes are no longer run automatically. /?pipes=cron&task=callaio returns only {ogb-res:1}.

Even if I put the “Cronjob Active” option from Yes to No it does not work.

Is it just me, or is this a general problem with WP Pipes and the new version of WordPress?
