pique panel pages’ url

can i change the url of panel pages of my website in pique theme?
currently they are:
https://cs8blog.wordpress.com/#post-3and when i write the url for /about
https://cs8blog.wordpress.com/about it shows page not found because i have deleted the page (because I just want to use 1 page only for all my website pages), i thought the url will automatically be deleted too.What I want to achieve is, my panel’s url becoming /about, instead of /#post-3

instead of
https://cs8blog.wordpress.com/#post-3but showing the panel of About page. Is this possible?

It’s not possible to modify the individual front-page panel URLs for Pique.
