Downloaded this plugin with the idea of being able to stop having to go to one site for critical css then back to Autoptimize to copy/paste and employ.

On the face of it, its a nice idea – but it made my mobile menus stay open all the time, leaving my website unusable on a mobile.

I’ll keep a watch out for developments though!

Hello, thank you for your comments, sorry to hear it didn’t help you.
However keep in mind that you ll need to add media queries in Autoptimize for responsive design.

    Thanks.

keep in mind that you ll need to add media queries in Autoptimize for responsive design.

that obviously depends on the tool you use to extract the critical CSS; if that tool includes media-queries you’re good to go ??

Hello I just pushed an update, it would be great if you could test it again and let me know (added an extra option to enable media queries).

    Thank you.

Oh right – I’ll be back shortly!

Before I continue, it’s wiped out my header image.

    Should it do that?

I guess you mean after you use the CSS in autoptimize right?
No it shouldn’t wipe it ofc.

No, I mean immediately – my header image disappears as soon as the plugin is enabled.

    (@eboxnet)

Ah that’s super weird as the plugin doesn’t apply any CSS rules,
sounds like a conflict, did you try to repost plugin settings page?

is it possible to have your website url to take a look ? (if not its ok no worries)

Ok its enabled for a few minutes at HERE

There should be a header image at the top.

    (@eboxnet)

Ok thanks you can disable it to bring back your header image now.

Just been to make a coffee.

    Did it make any sense?

More than half the times i load the page i do see your “slider” image, the rest i can see the caption-title and caption-description but the bx-viewport div is missing and thats what causing the missing slide :/

Yes, I thought it might have been a cache issue, but actually de-activating the css plugin cured it.
