    We monitor our support forum closely and fix issues pretty fast after we confirm them. Raising a ticket would be much better than an 1 star review if you want to have such issues fixed.

    Hi Hristo,
    You’re really right, but what’s the point of opening a ticket if the answer is “I was unable to replicate the issue on my end. The results of the speed tests are the same.”
