Pix QR (Processing and Completed Order emails)

  • Hi, when the customer chooses Pix as the payment option the Pix QR and payment code is showing before the order details. I would like to remove/hide this as it is assumed that the customer has already paid. For instance, this appears in the Customer Completed Order and Customer Processing Order emails. Thank you!

    Hey,
    This plugin controls the styling of emails, not as much the content. What plugin are you using to add this payment option? Perhaps there’s a setting within that to remove the QR from emails?
