    Hi there,

I installed the Starter Templates plugin and expect to see “the entire free Pixabay image library available right inside the WordPress media library” as mentioned in one of your web page as well as how I saw it before, but I don’t seem to be able to see it for the time being, please help. Thanks.

    Regards,

    KC

    Hi @benxy20gylinxu,

    Sorry for the delay.

We’re sorry for the confusion. By “WordPress Media Library“, means that the image will be available there, after it’s downloaded from Pixabay.

I have forwarded this to our concerned team and they have done a modification to the doc to make it clearer and avoid any more confusion.

Since this is not actually an issue, I am going to close this thread. Feel free to reply or open a new topic if you need more help.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi @benxy20gylinxu,

    Thanks for the clarification.

Yes, it should be there. Please refer to this screenshot to see how it looks on my end.

If you don’t have it on your end, most probably the Starter Templates plugin is not activated. Please make sure it’s activated and the latest version is installed.

Please let us know how you go.

    Kind regards,

    Hi there,

I am sure the issue happens while the plugin is activated, and I just checked again, the plugin is activated for sure. And does it matter if I am using OceanWP theme with Starter Templates plugin? Or perhaps any other advice?

    Regards,

    KC

I took a video screenshot so that you can be sure about the issue I described is true:

    Hi @benxy20gylinxu,

It is not a problem if the theme is OceanWP. The Starter Templates plugin should work with all of the themes that follow WordPress’ Theme Development Standards.

I would suggest you try to deactivate all of the plugins installed on your site except this plugin and Elementor. If the Free Images tab shows up after all plugins are deactivated, that means there’s a plugin that causes the issue.

Reactivate them back one by one until you notice the tab disappear. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.

Please let us know how you go.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi @bsfherman:

As matter of fact, I had done ” try to deactivate all of the plugins installed on your site except this plugin and Elementor.” before your reply, I did it by using Health Check plugin, but since you mentioned again in your reply, I came up with an idea to go with Health Check plugin again, except this time, I activated only Starter Templates plugin, and, the subject UI shows, and then I intended to actived every plugin one by one to see which plugin caused the issue, naturally, I started to activated plugin by Elementor, and when I activated Elementor free(version 3.0.15), the subject UI disappear, so it is Elementor free cause this. The next part is a tricky part for me, if I updated Elementor free to most update version, the subject UI will show again, but I can no longer open Elementor editor(I have Elementor Pro but outdated), so now I am stuck between giving up the subject in this thread or pay for newest Elementor Pro for a chance(I don’t plan to so far). Just so you know.

Please noted, the Starter Templates UI displaying issue does not happen during the period that I am using Elementor free(version 3.0.15) at the first place, the displaying issue happened at some point of time after that even though I did not update Elementor free.

    Regards,

    KC

P.S.: I will set the Youtube video private since you had already seen it.

    Hi @benxy20gylinxu,

So, this issue is more related to compatibility, which personally, I would not call an issue.

Deciding to keep using an outdated version of a theme is, of course, your choice. However, I would suggest you keep everything up to date on your site.

?Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Kind regards,

It is kind of personal, personal finance issue(for upgrading paid plugin). Thanks anyway.
