    Hello,

    I have a shop in facebook and Instagram, but they are not updating at all. I sell and add items all of the time, so these (fb and ig) MUST stay current with my website. I’ve gone to WordPress, Marketing to see what is going on and this is what I get when I try to start over:

    “Get more website purchases You need to have a pixel that have fired pixel event.”

    I have no idea what this means. None. This is a mess. If FB and IG will not sync constantly and instantly with my WordPress website, then they are pointless.

    I hear your frustration, let’s have a look at whats going on!

    Thank you! I have installed it but my Mac Chrome is not compatible with/for the pixel helper, so who knows if it’s working???

    I have gone ahead and checked your site using the Metal Pixel helper extension, and can confirm that the Pixel has been added successfully, as seen in the screenshot below:

    Regarding the incompatibility of this extension on your end, you can try checking that your Chrome browser is updated to its latest version, and if not, update this and see if the extension now works on your end.

    Here is a direct link to Google Chrome. Once on that page, you can click on “I want to update Chrome”, as seen in the screenshot below:

    Since the Pixel seems to have been added successfully, can you check if the products are now successfully syncing?

    Thank you so much for your help!!! My shop is still not accurate. It’s still showing items that are no longer on my website.

    I’m looking more into this and the pixel is under my (FB) personal account and not my page (S’leeney’s Vintage). I would rather it be under my page, but does this matter? If I can/need to change it to my page, can I just transfer it or do I have to start all over? https://snipboard.io/uvZzSH.jpg

    Also, I have two pixels. Do I need to delete one, could this be the problem? I don’t see a View Shop tab on IG.

    The plugin that you suggested is great, so thank you! That’s what I used last night.

    Chrome is updated, thank you! I use Safari, though. I can use Chrome if I have to.

    You should be able to change the pixel, assuming you are the owner of the Business Manager. To get more information, please refer to this thread.

    In this case, you can uninstall and completely remove/reset Facebook for WooCommerce, more information is on our documentation below – it also explains how to remove the app from Facebook and system users:

    Once installed again, you can use this Chrome extension,?it will help you to check that Facebook pixel is working properly.

    Nothing is working. I do not have the same options, etc etc. I want all of Facebook and Instagram deleted off of my website. I would like to have it re-added, but need to have someone else do it because the more I do, the worse it gets and nothing has worked. Every single thing that I have done has failed. The tutorials do not match what I have on my screen (options, etc). Maybe I am being too literal… Anyway, this has been/is a nightmare.

    Thank you so much! I have submitted a request here (at the link you provided) and have linked this thread. My IG shop is still showing items that have not been on my website for months. So frustrating. Hopefully, this will get fixed. Otherwise, there is no point in having the FB and IG shop at all.
