• Hello, I have seen that there was a thread for this problem, but I still don’t see the solution. I have the following error messages on those events: add to cart, initiate checkout, purchase :

“The pixel for this event is not paired with a product catalog. This may cause your catalog features and dynamic ads to not work properly.
    SOLUTION
Use Business Manager or Product Catalog Preferences API to pair your pixel and catalog.”

I don’t have a catalog. I don’t sell on the FB page itself. But I really need the pixel to detect 1000% correctly. SO ho to fix this?

And 2 – I receive these “Advanced Events Custom events” which are basically a duplicate of the well-known events. What are those, do I need them and how to disable them?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    1) the pixel should be associated to the product catalog directly from Pixel Caffeine, but anyway you can check it manually. Here the official guide on how to: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1044262445604547?id=725943027795860

    2) That is a second base pixel that sends Pixel Caffeine to individuate the page of the current session, with WordPress regarding information, like: if the user is logged in, type of page (if post, if blog, if page, or custom post type, etc..). This event will be useful for the filter that you can select from the custom audience created by the admin of Pixel Caffeine.
