Pixel as Data Source

  • Hello. I have installed pixelyoursite pro, enabled Dynamic ads with viewcontent events on my website and im trying to add pixel as data source for my catalog. The problem is that my pixel i have created is grey and i can select it. It says “Not Ready” and when i hover the mouse over it it says that microdata must be enabled. When i try the microdata debug on facebook everything is fine, even though JSON doesn’t show anything. Am i doing something wrong? Shouldn’t i be able to add pixel as data source out of the box?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
