Pixel Caffeine doesn’t fire the add to cart event

  • Hello, after associate Pixel Caffeine with my Pixel, I realized that it doesn’t catch the add to cart event.

    Tried to deactivate all of my plugins (but WooCommerce) and the same happens.

    My WordPress, WooCommerce and Pixel Caffeine are all updated. My theme is Flatsome (also on its last version).

    Hi,

    I’ve seen the problem is from the single page, but it should work with standard WP + WooCommerce (including 5.1). Have you updated Pixel Caffeine to the latest version released in these hours (2.3.2)? Are you using any WooCommerce extension plugin? Does your theme customize WooCommerce in any way?

    Sorry for the late reply. Now, my Pixel Caffeine is on version 2.3.3 and I still have the same problem. ??

    About the plugins, I already tried to deactivate all of them.

    Yes, my theme customizes WooCommerce in some way, but it is a very popular theme. It should work correctly with Pixel Caffeine.

    Now I’m trying to add a custom AddToCart event, but there are two problems:

    1 – Don’t know how to dynamically pass product id, category, etc

    2 – Sometimes the user visits the cart page before adding any product. So the AddToCart event should not fire on this case.

    How to achieve that? ??
