Pixel Caffeine found some problem, the pixel data inaccurate,always double count

  • Dear Pixel Caffeine,

    I am using Pixel Caffeine for several month, and I found that the pixel data through Pixel Caffeine to Facebook was inaccurate, since I found the data always double count, for example, the “ADD TO CART” and “Purchase” data always an even number, it is impossible, even my web store sold one order only, the “Purchase” data display in Facebook pixel is 2, also “ADD TO CART” data also display 2, so, is it some wrong setting in the Pixel Caffeine when I use? Or some setting outside Pixel Caffeine (maybe Facebook or WooCommerce) I need to set before I use Pixel Caffeine? Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

    please make sure of some points:
    – make sure you don’t have any other plugin or customization which may initialize the Pixel again;
    – if you are using GTM, make the same check of the previous point inside GTM;
    – make sure you don’t have any custom events with standard events created inside conversions/events tab.

    As a final note, please check your pixels with Pixel Helper Extension.
