    Hello,

in event pixel is combined product_sku + product_id, but in Facebook feed is only product id. We are not able check conversions for products.

    Tracking: “content_ids”: “[\”zbrane2_119533\”]”
    Feed: <g:id>119533</g:id>

We dont use any other plugin for tracking or feed generate.

    Hello @musilda,

Sorry, but I’m not sure if I’m getting the full picture here.

Could you please attach a few screenshots that describe the issue and attach your site’s system status report?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Look forward to hearing back from you. :?)

    This product have sku “zbrane2” – https://www.melvil.cz/kniha-nove-zbrane-vlivu/

    But in feed is:

    Tracking: “content_ids”: “[\”zbrane2_119533\”]”
    Feed: <g:id>119533</g:id>

    Feed url: https://www.melvil.cz/feed/facebook

    Thank you for your time

Typically, the Facebook content ID is the SKU + Product ID. (SKU_ID).
I’m not sure of the source of the feed URL you’re accessing but it doesn’t appear to be related to Facebook for WooCommerce.

You can confirm the Facebook feed ID for your products directly in the Facebook Catalog. Here’s how:

    1. Go to Marketing > Facebook > Connection
    2. Click on your catalog link: https://d.pr/i/9HmeYn
    3. When redirected to the Facebook catalog, click “Items” and then click on your products to view the content ID: https://d.pr/i/04o1nA

Is the content ID there different from the tracking ID? If yes:

    • Can you share how you’re viewing the tracking ID?
    • Did you by any chance update your product SKU? (e.g adding the product initially without an SKU and editing it to add an SKU after it was synced to Facebook).
