    Hello,

    I notice that the FB Pixel is not tracking my purchase events.

    Add to Cart and Initiate Checkout are working but I have none Purchase events.

    I’m using version 1.11.4.

  • On my end, it is working. It tracks the event last week but yesterday purchase, it didn’t showed up on the pixel tracking overview.

    Why it didn’t appear? Is it broken? or

    There a time zone or delay interval/propagation before the graph update in fb pixel tracking overview?

    since no one is bothered to reply i will post the same issue that am facing with wordpress

    Your server is sending an invalid ip_address, user_agent parameters value for your ViewContent event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.

    @cmgeoogz : I’ll need to ask you to create a new topic as this is an active thread that has been created by another user. As you can see here, it’s against the forum’s guidelines replying on a topic created by another user as it’s possible that the issues sound quite similar, but, they can have different underlying reasons causing them, thus making it difficult to troubleshoot both of them in the same thread.

    The “Purchase” events is triggered on WooCommerce Thank You page or when an order receives a completed payment. Would it be possible to let me know if all the orders of your site have received a completed payment? Any more more information you can share with me would be really helpful!

    Hello,

    I have a confirmation page after the order. Now the pixel stops working at all pages, I don’t know what is happening with this plugin…

    I’m sorry to hear that the pixel has stopped working on your site. Our plugin shouldn’t affect the use of the pixel – it will add the tracking code as expected but hasn’t been designed to cause any changes.

    In order to further investigate, would it be possible to let me know if you were using a pixel tracking code in your site prior to adding our plugin? Also, did the tracking issues start recently?
