pixel over reporting

    Hi! I’m using this plugin for Facebook pixel tracking. Looking at the conversion data within FB Ad manager it is reporting more conversions than we have had.
    Sometimes counting the same order 2, but other times 3,4,5 and up to 6 times.

    – I don’t have any other pixels installed

    -“Track Events Automatically Without Code” is off

    Any idea what is happening?
    I have been using the plugins for a couple of months, but I just started seeing this issue a couple of days ago.

    It’s possible that some clients revisit their order confirmation page for some reason. In this case, the purchase event will fire again.

    But this is quite uncommon, so it might be something else. I suggest you test your events flow with Pixel Helper Chrome extension and look for extra Purchase events.
