Pixelated Images and Colour Settings for links

Does anyone know where the settings are to change these colours for the 123 page links. I’ve changed all the colour settings I can find in the main dashboard settings area for woo commerce but these are still he default

Also you can see on here the thumbnails 150×150 are quite pixelated. Even if I edit the images this happens any one got some tips on making your shop front look a lot sharper images…
