    Hi,

On my WordPress website I have installed: Google Site kit and Facebook for Woocommerce plugins.

While connecting GTM to conversion Api there is a message “Change the gtag functions to your Global Site Tag” (see attached image)

As tag manager snippet is inserted automatically by Site Kit, do I need to insert code manually?

Also, Fb shows that I don’t receive all the info (See image attached – there is low percentages in most parameters) can this be caused by automatically inserted tag? or it just means that, there was not that kind of info.

I’m not familiar with developing and maybe I’m confusing you with my answers…

    Thank you for your attention.

    Hi @pragmams,

Thanks for reaching out. Great question in relation to modifications to the Tag Manager snippet when added via Site Kit. If you wish to make such modifications then yes, you can insert your own Tag Manager snippet if you prefer, which may include the additions as per your first screenshot.

Also, Fb shows that I don’t receive all the info (See image attached – there is low percentages in most parameters) can this be caused by automatically inserted tag? or it just means that, there was not that kind of info.

Unfortunately we’re limited to Site Kit specific queries here in the support forums, and not equipped to deal with event tracking based questions. From looking at the screenshot you kindly shard I can’t be sure if the values are abnormal. With 100% of customers IP Address and User Agent values this indicated your tracking is working, and the other attribute percentages may be normal. You may be able to reach out to the Facebook support team regarding any custom information and Tag Manager configurations for your site.

The Tag Manager product experts over on the Google Tag Manage Help Center may also be able to assist with this second query regarding event tracking and customer insights.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
