    I’m using the free version of the plugin, set up the pixel and the CAPI but i’m noticing that the plugin reports way more purchases than reality, i don’t know if it’s an issue with the plugin , if i subscribe to the premuim version the problem will be solved ?

    It’s best you test your events and check if there are more than one purchase events fired for a transaction. Use Pixel Helper Chrome extension.

    The issue is when you go to the order received page link it reports it as a purchase

    Is there a reason your clients revisit their order confirmation page? That’s not the default behaviour since the URL is unique for each order.

    The order confirmation page contains the download links for their order, it’s sent to them via email , that’s why they revisit it

    Well, in this particular case, where digital products are sold through WooCommerce there are two possible solutions:

    1. Send a download link that is not identical to the order confirmation page. The implementation of this change depends on how you manage the download products.

    2. Upgrade to our paid plugin and enable the option to fire the purhcase event for transaction only. This ensures that the purhcase event is not fired multiple times for the same order.

    Please don’t ask questions about the paid plugin on this forum, we are not allowed to support it here.

    Install the paid files and this will be turned ON by default. Simply test to make sure it works as expected.

    Hello @pixelyoursite,

    There are a lot of users complaining about this for digital or physical products. I myself have posted the same problem here referring to physical products. So you added a solution to the problem that must be a core functionality of the plugin in order for the users to get correct data, as a paid feature?

    Feel free to inform me if there is any use case where a re-firing of the transaction event would be necessary for the data report on the Meta dashboard.
