Pixlated images in Normal browsing, normal in Private

Hi guys,

I’ve been faced with an interesting issue these days:
Images on my website appear pixel-perfect when browsing privately on Chrome Mobile for Android, but they appear pixelated when browsing normally.

In addition to this, the images seem to be pixelated on iOS devices, but not on a Samsung S8 (which has about the same resolution as the iPhone XS).

I have both Optimized and Progressive JPEG’s, there’s no difference between them.

Anyone have any thoughts?
