Pixovia lite theme – change/remove menu items

    Hi,
    Using Pixova-lite theme.

    How do I change the section/menu titles to be more descriptive/meaningful for my site?
    ie instead of Recent Works i may use Current Works

    Also – How do I remove a menu item – I have no team member details completed but the menu still shows this as an option –
