PixProof Does Not Load After Publish & Breaks Design

  • Hi There =D

    This is my first time using pixproof, so kindly advise will be much appreciated. I am using RAWFolio theme and I have installed and activate pixproof.

    Here is, what I did and what happende:

    – deactivate and uninstall all unnecessary plugins just to make sure pixproof will work
    – downloaded and installed stand-alone Pixproof
    – created a first gallery and then preview it
    – PixProof breaks design

    – Then try to publish it, pixproof does not work

    No preview, nothing.

    The gallery loads and loads and loads for minutes. In the end in the browser it shows me the right URL but absolutely no content.

    Any help on that please? I uninstalled and reinstalled pixproof several times now, it does not help. I am using the Template “Madison” from Rawfolio now.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, this issue is more likely to be a theme problem, since it is overriding the plugin style.
    I’m afraid I cannot help you further, you need to ask a developer to make a child theme compatible with PixProof.
