place an image after 3rd post

  • how would i go about pasting an image after the the 3rd post only on the homepage of my wordpress blog?

    Bear with me, I know it’s about adsense, but the principle’s are the same (and that article is already written). Just swap out your <img...> tag for the adsense junk.

    Just find the section starting with

    The above is all fairly basic.
    But what if you wanted an ad to only appear under the first post and nowhere else ?

    and adapt it a bit.
