“Place bid”, viewing other photos, minimum first bid all not working

  • 1) When I click “place bid” nothing happens. People on different computers in different locations have tried it with no luck.

    2) When you try to view other photos of an item, nothing happens. You can see the thumbnail of other photos, but they never enlarge.

    3) When you set the first bid at $5, and incremental bid at $5, the first bid should still be able to come in at $5…but the system requires you to enter $10 for the initial bid. This is confusing to buyers.

    4) Why can’t I set the reserve price at $0? Or to leave it blank?

    Hi,

    Could you please mention your WP and plugin version? Below is point wise reply:

    1. Do you get any error or nothing happens?

    2. Could you share any url for me to see this problem? If you dont want to write here, please write to nitesh[at]auctionplugin[dot]net

    3. I’ll update plugin soon to have first bid start from opening price

    4. FREE plugin version has reserve price mandatory. You can set it same as opening price. PRO version has option to choose or ignore reserve price.
