Place details using kml plugin

My blog is currently on WordPress.com but I am considering migrating to www.ads-software.com if it will give me the functionality I need. I’m hoping someone on this forum can tell me if it will.

I have created a Google map of wineries in Israel (you can see it here: yossiswinemap.notlong.com). I’m having all kinds of problems with Place Details on the map since Google doesn’t let you create a new place with Place Details. Instead I have to use an existing place and edit all the details to match the winery I’m putting on the map. When I save the map to a kml file I can see that all the Place Details are there, but when I import into a new map, they don’t show up. That means that I can’t have a proper backup of the map. It also makes it quite a nuisance to maintain and update.

Can anyone tell me if the www.ads-software.com kml plugin will import a kml file with Place Details and display them properly on the map?
