Place not found by Google

Thank you for reaching out with your question! Unfortunately, as for the other plugin, the Google API can only provide the review details if your business has a physical location added. As such, unfortunately, our plugin would not work for your business. Most users get around this by selecting a specific location for this (such as where you might have an office or storage location). Of course, this can be difficult if this location is your residence. To ensure this was the case here I tested whether a place ID could be used fo your business, and that was not the case here.

This would have been great to know earlier before purchasing your product. It would also be great that your documentation would be up to date, which it isn’t.
