place order behaviour change

    Is it possible to change the place order behavior so that when clicked it goes to the top of the page so it is easy to see any errors and the pre-loadiing spinning animation that shoes it is processing?

    Further to this is it possible to grey/add a transparent overlay when the payment is processing?

    Or even a splash screen with text like payment processing?
